Bloomy is a cozy flower shop and café offering flower-infused drinks and desserts in a dreamy, pink-toned space designed for relaxation and aesthetic enjoyment.

Goal: Enhance the customer experience at Bloomy by making the ordering process more seamless and enjoyable.

Challenge: Create an intuitive and visually appealing interface that matches Bloomy’s cozy, feminine brand while remaining functional and accessible.

Strategy: I led user research to understand customer preferences, focusing on aesthetic appeal, clear navigation, and mobile responsiveness.

Process: I designed moodboards, wireframes, and UI mockups that reflect Bloomy’s soft pink aesthetic. Prototypes were tested with users, and refinements were made based on feedback.

Take Away: I learned how to blend brand identity with usability, ensuring that beauty and function go hand in hand.
